Chef Justin´s philosophy on food is driven by his passion to create inspirational cuisine designed with finesse and respect for the products. His building blocks are flavour, texture, aroma and design.

Justin is involved locally with the Salon Culinaire as a competitor and judge and internationally as a Guest Chef in Tokyo and Australia as well as being invited back for a fifth year as the prestigious Guest Chef onboard the Regent Seven Seas 6 star cruise lines World Voyage.
He has cooked for many dignitaries including HRH Prince Charles and President Bill Clinton.
Over the last twenty years Justin has worked & opened a number of Auckland´s top establishments and restaurants.
