The Dining Experience

We open our doors for a short season once a year only, inviting everyone who shares a passion for dining, or even those are just a little curious about our stunning venue...

The evening commences from 6.30pm, with a glass of bubbles and canapes. Guests are then seated in our luxurious Pearl Lounge, to enjoy a six course degustation menu over the course of the evening.

Menus change regularly, as our executive chef Justin Rimmer designs them to feature and reflect the very best of seasonal fresh local and New Zealand produce.
