Delivering a holistic hospitality experience encompassing bespoke catering and dedicated service, our menus are beautifully crafted, and our experienced in-house event planners can advise and assist in every aspect of your event.
Our dishes are created using the best seasonal and, where possible, local ingredients. The skill and heartfelt flair of our talented chefs mould these ingredients into spectacular dishes, which have defined a new standard. Choose from our seasonal menus or let us know if you have specific requirements. We can even create new recipes to suit, and arrange tastings for you.
We have a superb selection of quality New Zealand and international wines, beers and spirits, carefully chosen to complement our menus, and appropriately tailored to suit a wide variety of occasions. From champagne on arrival to cognac served on the deck after dessert, we offer an excellent variety of beverages to suit. We tailor beverage options to make it easy for you to budget and match your preferences of food and wine, or other boutique beverages. We also offer the facility to provide a cash bar for your guests should you prefer this.
